Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when cancellations can be fully refunded and how post-cutoff changes are handled.

Refund Cutoff

  • Full cancellations are eligible for refund through Tuesday at 11:59 PM local time for that Saturday.
  • After cutoff, cancellations are not guaranteed to be refundable because production has already started.

Change Requests

Requests to adjust quantity, flavor, or pickup date after cutoff are reviewed case by case.

If we can accommodate a change, we will confirm by direct message or email.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, contact us on pickup day with your order number and a brief summary.

Approved resolutions may include replacement, credit, or refund depending on the issue.
